This scheme is run by Mousetrap Theatre Projects, an independent charity that undertakes theatre access and education projects for young people.
Our aim is to give 19 to 23 year olds (or any performing arts student until they graduate) the chance to see a wide range of professional theatre in central London at a reduced price of £10 or less.
We organise one event each month, which, as well as the ticket, includes a pre or post show Q and A with cast or creatives. If you are new and would like to register, please click on the icon below, to keep updated of upcoming events. Only signed-up members can attend our events:
Staged with Complicite's characteristic elegance and startling visual originality, A Disappearing Number takes as its starting point one of the most mysterious and romantic collaborations of the all time. In London a man attempts to unravel the secrets of his lover. In Bangalore a woman collapses on a train. In 1914 Englishman GH Hardy, Professor of Mathematics at Cambridge University, seeks to comprehend the ideas of the Indian prodigy. Srinivasa Ramanujan. A Disappearing Number weaves a provocative theatreical pettern baout our relentless compulsion to understand.
A Disappearing Number has received the Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Play (2008), the Evening Standard Award for Best Play and Critics' Circle Award for Best New Play (2007).
