Go Live Terms & Conditions

Go Live is a theatregoing club for young people aged 15-24. Membership is free and open to anyone aged 15-24 living in the UK.

Once signed up, you will receive fortnightly emails and be invited to attend at least 2 official Go Live theatre trips per month, with tickets at the exclusive rates below:

  • 15-18 years pay £7 per ticket

  • 19-24 years pay £12 per ticket

Show selection:

You will have the opportunity to see a wide variety of shows throughout each year, from fresh new dramas to classic West End musicals.

Extra offers:

In addition to official Go Live offers, we will send you additional offers from other theatres and venues, usually offering tickets at the same special rates (£7/£12). These offers are subject to availability and must be booked directly with the theatres / venues advertising them.

Availability:

Our allocation of tickets for each official Go Live trip is always limited, so early booking is strongly advised! We cannot guarantee ticket availability.

Bringing guests:

If you’re a member we would always encourage you to invite your friends to sign up and join you at the theatre!  You can bring non-member guests along, but they must be within the same age/price group (e.g. a member aged 17 cannot bring guests aged 19-24)

NB: We conduct strict ID checks and any members being found to be breaking the age rules will be permanently removed from the club. Your guests will not be admitted unless they have valid ID proving date of birth and eligibility for tickets, and if they are found to be under or over age, they will have to leave or pay the full price for the equivalent seat.

Members can book tickets for up to 3 guests, but they must be within the same age/price group (e.g. a member aged 17 cannot bring guests aged 19-24)

How to book:

Tickets for official Go Live shows can be booked online via the links featured in your fortnightly member’s email, or by calling the Mousetrap office on 020 7632 4115.

NB: Forthcoming Go Live shows will be advertised on our website, but the link to book tickets will only be available and accessible through the fortnightly emails we send you.

Cancellation:

Should you need to cancel your tickets you can do so and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the show. No refund or exchange will be offered if you cancel less than 48 hours before the show.

Ticket collection

Members of the Mousetrap team will be at the venue 45 minutes before the performances start time, ready to greet and issue you with your tickets. Please allow plenty of time and remember to bring a valid ID proving your date of birth.

Latecomers

If you’re running late then please text or call us on 07585556778 so that we can leave your tickets at Box Office for you to collect. If we don’t hear from you then we will assume you are no longer able to attend and may re-issue your tickets to Mousetrap staff/volunteers.
