What to expect from a Relaxed Performance?
A relaxed performance is a more laidback theatre experience for anyone who would benefit from a more easy-going atmosphere.
- Adjustments to the show, such as reduced sound levels, special effects and other technical adaptations that soften contrasts.
- This performance supports noise and movement within the auditorium during the show and allows audiences to leave and re-enter as they need to. House lights will be kept on at a low level throughout to support movement.
- Chill out spaces will be available in front of house areas.
- There will be a pre-show announcement from the cast to welcome you to the theatre and familiarise you with the show.
- Ear defenders are available on request.
A visual story will be sent in advance to allow you to familiarise yourselves with the story and key details of the show.
Content warnings: Contains some strong language and mild sexual references.
As a relaxed performance technical elements are softened, but there is a live band located in the orchestra pit by the stage and some songs include loud bass. If you are sensitive to noise, we recommend you avoid seats near the stage.
Please note: There are a limited number of wheelchair transfer and non-transfer seats/spaces. If no seats are displayed on the plan they have unfortunately sold out.
Professional photography and filming will be taking place during this event and by attending you give your express consent to your image being used in any images/recordings across any and all media globally.
*All ticket prices are subject to availability.
